The Wine Bottle Guest Book Kit Includes: Quantity 4: Water Proof Personalized Wine Labels measuring 3"x4" each. These labels are designed to adhere to any wine bottle and are laminated for strong wear and water/wine-proofing. The labels will be customized with your Names, Anniversary Dates, Wedding Colors, and choice from our selection of Graphics. Quantity 1: 5"x7" sign in a standing frame to display with your wine bottles on your guest book table. This sign will give your guests instructions on how to sign the wine bottles and will be customized to coordinate with the wine labels. Quantity 1: Special Gold or Silver Pen for permanent writing on the wine bottles. *** Wine bottles are not included - For best results remove the wine bottle labels before adhering your personalized labels. ***
